Cancellation Policy

Definitions

  • Order placement time: the timestamp shown on your order confirmation page/email.
  • Cancellation window: the first 2 hours after order placement.
  • Processing: when your order is being picked, packed, or prepared for carrier handoff.
  • Shipped: when a tracking number is created or the package is handed to the carrier.
  • Business days: Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

1) Cancellation window (2 hours)

You can request to cancel your order within 2 hours of placement. We will confirm by email if the order is still eligible and stop fulfillment when possible.

2) After processing begins

Processing can begin quickly (our standard handling time is 1-1 business days). Once processing starts, we cannot guarantee cancellation or order edits.

3) How to request a cancellation

  1. Email [email protected] from the address used at checkout.
  2. Subject line: “Cancel Order #12345”.
  3. Include: order number, full name, reason for cancellation, and any corrections (if relevant).
  4. Watch for our confirmation email stating whether the cancellation was approved or if the order has already entered processing/shipped.

4) Refunds for approved cancellations

  • Method: refunded to your original payment method (USD).
  • Timing: we process refunds in 5–7 business days after approval; your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.
  • No restocking fees apply to cancellations.
  • If the package has shipped, cancellation isn’t possible; if you return after delivery, original shipping charges are refundable only when we are at fault.

5) Address accuracy and order details

Please verify your shipping address, size, and item selections before payment. Address edits may not be possible once processing begins. Orders delivered to the address provided at checkout are considered fulfilled.
