Returns Policy

Definitions

  • You/Customer: The purchaser and recipient of the goods.
  • We/Us: Clothrushmarket.
  • Delivery date: The date the carrier marks the order as delivered.
  • Our error: Item is defective, damaged, the wrong item was sent, the wrong size was shipped, or the item is significantly different from its description/photos.
  • Change of mind: You ordered the wrong size or color, changed preferences, or the fit isn’t as expected.
  • Original condition: Unused, unwashed, unworn, with all original tags attached and in original packaging where possible.

What’s eligible

  • Our error: defective or damaged items; wrong item received; wrong size shipped; significantly different from description.
  • Change of mind: size/fit preference changes or other preference changes, provided items meet the condition requirements below.

Item condition requirements

  • Unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • Original packaging where possible (e.g., poly bag, hanger, label inserts).
  • No odors, stains, pet hair, or alterations.

Photo and proof requirements

  • Clear, well‑lit photos of the issue or damage (close‑up).
  • Photo of the size tag and product label.
  • Full front and full back photos of the item.
  • For wrong item/size: include a photo of the packing slip if available.

How to request a return or exchange

  1. Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, item name/size, reason for return, and whether you prefer a refund or exchange.
  3. Attach required photos (issue close‑up, size tag, full front/back; packing slip for wrong item/size).
  4. Wait for our reply with approval and next steps before sending anything back.
  5. Once approved, follow the instructions in our email to ship the item back securely.
  6. Share the return tracking number by replying to our email (if provided by your carrier).

Who pays for return shipping

Exchanges

  • Available when the requested size or variant is in stock at the time we process your request.
  • Our error exchanges: return shipping covered by Clothrushmarket.
  • Change‑of‑mind exchanges: you cover return shipping; the new shipment uses the standard shipping fee of $6.99 per order.
  • If the desired item is unavailable, we will proceed with a refund per this policy.

Approvals, updates, and timing

  • We confirm approval or next steps by email to the address on your order.
  • Support reply time: within 1-2 business days.
  • After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5-10 business days to post the refund.
