Standard handling time: 1-1 business days.

Standard transit time

Standard transit time: 2-5 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary by carrier and location.

Standard shipping fee

The shipping fee is $6.99 per order. Shipping fees apply to every order.

Destination availability and unserviceable addresses

We ship to most addresses serviceable by our carriers. If an address cannot be serviced, we will notify you. If we cannot arrange delivery, the order will be canceled and refunded before shipment.

Split shipments and separate tracking

Your order may arrive in more than one package. Each package will have its own tracking number and may arrive on different days.

Tracking and scan timing

Tracking details are emailed after dispatch. It can take 24–48 hours after carrier pick-up for tracking scans to display movement.

Delays outside our control

Weather events, carrier disruptions, peak volumes, and customs inspections (if applicable) can extend delivery time. These delays are outside our control.

Customer responsibility for address accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or non-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment if a package is returned due to an address error.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan. Provide your order number, photos of the packaging and items (if damaged), and any helpful details so we can work with the carrier.

What happens after you order

  1. Authorize payment: Your order is received and payment is authorized.
  2. Processing: We prepare your items within the standard handling time of 1-1 business days.
  3. Dispatch: We hand off to the carrier and email your tracking number.
  4. Tracking updates: Movement appears within 24–48 hours after the first carrier scan.
  5. Delivery: Carrier delivers within the estimated transit time of 2-5 business days.
